Terms and conditions of sale
1. Introduction
The website under the URL www.alqvemy.com and/or its mobile applications (hereinafter, “the Platform”) are owned by ALQVEMY , a legal entity with headquarters at Ronda Guglielmo Marconi, 11, building A, basement, 46980 Parque Tecnológico de Paterna, Valencia, Spain.
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products offered on the Platform. By placing an order, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions, so we recommend reading them beforehand.
2. Product information
The products offered on the Platform are natural mineral pieces, selected for their aesthetic and/or energetic qualities. They are described as accurately as possible, including approximate dimensions, materials, origin, and possible natural variations.
ALQVEMY is not responsible for small differences in color, shape or texture, which are inherent to the nature of the product.
3. Purchasing process
The user selects the desired products and adds them to the cart. Before confirming the purchase, the total price (including taxes and shipping costs, if applicable) and payment options are displayed.
Once payment is complete, a confirmation email will be sent.
ALQVEMY reserves the right to reject an order in the event of stock errors, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any duly justified exceptional circumstances.
4. Prices and payment methods
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the VAT applicable in Spain.
Available payment methods are indicated during the checkout process and may include credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other secure methods.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is done through recognized courier companies. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are indicated during the checkout process.
Delivery times may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure.
ALQVEMY is not responsible for delays attributable to the transport company.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
The user has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations.
To do so, you must notify us of your decision by email to contacto@alqvemy.com, indicating the order number and the reason.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with no signs of use.
Return costs are the customer's responsibility, unless there is an error on the part of ALQVEMY or a defective product.
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days.
Note : Returns of personalized products or products made according to customer specifications are not accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
7. Legal guarantee
All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by applicable regulations.
In the event of a defective product, the customer may opt for repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, as appropriate.
8. Responsibility
ALQVEMY will not be responsible for:
- Improper use of the product by the user.
- Damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure, logistical delays, etc.).
- Content or external links to third parties present on the Platform.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, graphic design, etc.) is the property of ALQVEMY or is used with authorization, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Reproduction, distribution or use without express authorization is prohibited.
10. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy , in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable regulations.
11. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
