At Alqvemy, your order is processed quickly so you receive your products in the shortest possible time. All items in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We rely on DHL as our trusted partner for national shipments, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 business hours. If a product is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will inform you of the new delivery time via email or phone.

Shipping Costs:

  • For orders under €59.00 (VAT included), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs calculated during the checkout process, covering packaging, shipping, and notifications related to their order.
  • For orders over €59.00 (VAT included), Alqvemy will cover the costs of packaging, shipping and notifications, resulting in free shipping for the customer .

Recommendation: To save on shipping costs, we suggest grouping your products into a single shipment.

Fragile Products: Delicate items will be properly identified with the "Fragile" label to ensure proper handling during transport.

Delivery Time Exceptions: During holidays, sales, or other special events, delivery times may extend up to 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these circumstances.

Returns

Items made from natural and semiprecious stones, due to their unique characteristics and the artisanal process involved in their creation, cannot be returned with the same flexibility as other products on the market. Each piece is unique, and handling these items can alter their condition, diminishing their value and, in some cases, affecting their integrity. For this reason, returns of natural stone products require careful handling and specific conditions to be accepted.

If you need to return one or more items, please notify our customer service team via our contact form on the website, by phone, or by email. You can also use the return cancellation form, and Alqvemy will confirm receipt of your request by email. When returning products, please include your name, email address, order number, and date so we can quickly identify your order.

Cost of Return:

  • Alqvemy will cover return shipping costs if the products have manufacturing defects or are significantly different from the images published on our website, subject to verification by the company.
  • If you wish to return the product due to a change of mind or due to an error in the order placement, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
  • If products were purchased during special promotions, such as shipping discounts, last units, or double discounts, the customer must bear the cost of the return.

    Refund Conditions: The refund will be processed provided the following conditions are met:

    • The products have not been mishandled in a way that causes a decrease in value; in such cases, this reduction will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding shipping costs).
    • The original packaging of the products must be returned in perfect condition and without having been improperly manipulated.
    • All accessories, user manuals, and other items included in the order must be returned and be in perfect condition.
    • The products must not have been used.
